DOT CMV Notice of Final Rule Making
The DOT CMV final rule prohibits the use of “hand held mobile telephones” – cellular phones and cell phones with push-to-talk capability (Nextel) – by commercial vehicle drivers. This makes a wide-area MOTOTRBO Connect Plus system the ideal solution. View the final rule document.
