| We have designated 25 licensed 800 mhz radios for use by non-profit and community service organizations to use for security and communication during events. (Whistle Stop BarBQ, Madison Street Festival, MDS, HSV Botanical Gardens, Lobsterfest, Veteran’s Day Parade, Down Syndrome, Honor Flight, etc.).
I donated a radio with free install to the Owens Cross Roads VFD for the new fire engine they won in a national contest. Our utility bills are “Rounded Up” for the Local School Foundation and we support many organizations with various fund raising efforts such as raffles, Lions Club Pecans, Civitan.
